Columbano's House - Apartment in Central Lisbon

Um bom apartamento com todas as funcionalidades para uma estadia confortável: cozinha equipada, maquina de lavar louças e roupas, ar condicionado/aquecedor na sala, cama queen. Próximo ao metrô e estação de ônibus. Com várias comodidades bem próximas: bons supermercados, farmácias etc. Fora da zona turística. Após realizadas as manutenções necessárias descritas em minha avaliação abaixo, certamente voltaria a me hospedar nesse apartamento.

1- Chuveiro sem a porta do box o que causa um trabalho para enxugar o piso após cada banho (é uma questão de manutenção, pois o box tinha uma porta. Após conversa com a proprietária, foi dito que será resolvido) 2- Qualidade da roupa de cama poderia ter uma qualidade superior. A atual é um pouco áspera vs os outros 13 apartamentos que ficamos nessa viagem em outras grandes cidades na Europa. 3- Vidros do apartamento (sala e quarto) completamente imundos. Aparentemente nunca foram limpos. Cheios de fuligem e sujeira em geral, causando uma sensação ruim no apartamento. 4- Ar condicionado precisa de manutenção, pois apesar de ser de uma excelente marca (Fujitsu), já não está funcionando como deveria.

The key of the building door doesn't work very well and a shower door is missing

The apartment is located near the zoo and train station. Infrastructure is diverse: you can find pharmacy, bakery, cafes, grocery shops just a couple of min walk around. The apartament itself is clean, cute, there is washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and capsule coffee machine - perfect for couples or family. Very comfy bed! There is no central heating, so at night might be cold during winter /spring season, but there is air conditioning and the heater in each room of the apartament. The host did her best to make it cozy for the guests.

The elevator in the building itself is old, at first it was a bit scary to ride it but then even enjoyed that authenticity:) Due to the airport located close to the city, there are constant planes and the noise from their flights and tram riding nearby. But you get used to that 😀

Awesome apartment, really close to the underground. The neighborhood is awesome, full of places to eat and with several groceries The apartment is clean and has everything one wants for an awesome stay. Hosts answered all the questions I had.

Great location close to metro for airport and centre. All you need in the apartment and very fast Wi-Fi
