Location Very Clean

Could be a lovely caravan, not cleaned properly cobwebs in corners of ceiling. Fridge was dirty and freezer compartment had lots of dirty ice. Toilet seats in both areas were loose and slid sideways. A few areas needed repair. Other than that it was very comfortable, beds and bedding were great. Sofa area and dining section were excellent.

Good size, great location, beds were very comfy, duvets and pillows provided were clean. No fusty smells, and everything worked. We had an issue with the hot water when we arrived and the owners were very responsive and helped us sort the issue straight away.

Not very clean, mould in the shower and not just on the silicone round the edge, cutlery was dirty, sink was dirty. The fridge was covered in gunk that had built up. The pans and the glasses were also dirty, as were the inside of the kitchen cupboards. The lino on the kitchen floor was also quite dirty. Some water spilt on the floor during our stay as when I wiped it up with kitchen towel, the towel came up dark brown. I did a good clean of the caravan when we arrive and got rid of some of the mould and other stains, but could definitely do with a good deep clean then it would have been a perfect stay.

Spacious caravan specially for family like us. Dog friendly which is free to stay. Kitchen utensils are complete and even have complimentary tea and coffee. Free wifi which is a bonus specially when you got kids. Next to all shops, arcades, restaurants, and the Ingoldmels beach which is fantastic as we enjoyed the first fireworks display of this year.

Just a prewarn that you have to pay a £75 bond extra which will the owner said is refundable if you didn’t damage anything. I was not able to read this bit when I was booking. Owner did understood to wait for my payment to come. All beddings and towels are not provided but you can rent it in advance. We brought ours to save money.

Quiet caravan park. Great location close to seafront. Shop arcades and food places

very clean kitchen, cooker, very good pans. Probably the best shower I've ever had in a caravan. Good size shower/toilet room. WIFI was included. Excellent location for beach and town

Upholstery looked like they could do with a clean.
