I booked this serviced hotel apartment late at night, and when I arrived, Georges at the reception was super helpful. He mentioned that we had booked a random room, so we don’t get a balcony! I really thought I’d get a room with those features, so I recommend double-checking what you book to avoid disappointments. Plus, it’s not soundproof, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. Since it was already around 10 PM, Georges called the owner to get us a different apartment without any extra charge. I wish all places in Tbilisi had someone like him—helpful and speaking English, which is pretty rare! Overall, a great experience!
