ZAIt was clean and smelt fresh
Everything was amazing
ZAProperty is well maintained and clean. Modern and the host clearly invests back into the unit. Layout is tastefully done and looks and feels more like a second home than a typical rental unit, Stylish with modern amenities. As a Coffee/Tea lover I detest a plastic kettle (it just tastes wrong!) , and this unit pleasantly surprised me by sporting modern "Smeg" kitchenware. The host kept us updated on power outages affecting the area which helped us to manage and plan around this. Host went over and above to ensure we had backup power available by bringing a second UPS. Unit has a decent internet connection that allowed us to take care of our "online" needs, and also provides connectivity to the TV (not that we used this, but definitely a must these days for those visitors that need to keep the kids busy, when not able to visit the beach!) . Slightly more expensive than other units, but well worth it!

The housekeeping was horrible, Rainy week - asked for clean towels - was returned late afternoon - all dammed and not dried properly, The cleaning lady's work is not checked and it was not on standard Did not like that after I paid all expenses in full - on the day of arrival I was informed that housekeeping is only alternative days, a cleanup fee is payable and an additional breakage fee.... did not like the after sale method!!

A new inverter to deal with power outages was installed in the apartment during our stay. It's a bit noisy which is a bit of a problem since its near some of the bedrooms.

PTThe best thing for me was the location of the apartment and it also was secure. You had access to the beach, with a lovely rock pool. The apartment block had a lovely pool which is perfect after having a swim in the sea.
I think the aircon could have worked better, saying that Shirley and Melanie both went out their way to help resolve that issue.
ZAZALovely apartment, great location and easy beach access. Quality linens available and comfortable new furniture. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well fitted out. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The host/owner was very helpful and communication was excellent, check-in and check-out were easy. Great appartment!
Not a negative, just a small suggestion: the main bedroom could benefit from a king size bed.
ZABeautifully decorated, very well equipped apartment right on the beach. Exceptional attention to detail and the provision of lots of extras such as coffee pods and dishwasher tablets which we really appreciated.
