It’s quiet, comfortable, well equipped and is really up to date in decor, kitchen etc.

Lovely little property, very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Plenty of space. Loads of towels which is always a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering but there are numerous places to eat out in the town or local area (Red Indigo Indian restaurant highly recommended!) The town car park is right behind the property and is only £4 a day, free after 6 pm. We left our car there on two out of our three day stay, and set out for our walks from the town. The local information centre has books with recommended routes. Crickhowell itself is very attractive, small but quite busy with a range of cute and quirky shops. We loved Webbs the hardware/kitchenware store, CwCw which sells lovely jewellery and clothes, gifts etc and the independent bookshop which is also great!

Our satnav took us to the wrong end of Standard Street at first which caused us some confusion so we'd recommend just heading for the car park and then you are really close. If you are accustomed to a king size bed you may find the bed in the master bedroom on the small side ... this is a purely personal observation.

Self catering ground floor flat 50 metres from the centre of town.

Maybe I would suggest a king sized bed as the bedroom is larger enough and a walk in shower would open it up to people with mobility issues.

Very quiet location minutes from all Crickhowell facilities. Will recommend to all our friends. Hosts superb in communication.
