Lovely Home with full en-suite double bed rooms

What a great place to stay. The perfect host. Clean and tidy home.

The property was a terraced house which had been superbly converted to give two very well fitted bedrooms for rent. The en suite bathroom was very cosy but well fitted out. There was an excellent area for Continental Breakfast with an brilliant range of teas, jams, bread for toast etc. I very comfortable lounge area to eat. You had you own code for the front door and bedroom. Sonia the owner was very friendly and welcoming and gave out all the information you needed, including getting a £3 Permit to park outside the property overnight.

Quite steep staircase to bedrooms.

Clean and quiet

The owner was very helpful when I had to call her because I had a query. Room was clean and tidy

Stairs leading up to the bedroom were very steep. Breakfast was help yourself but it wasn't very clear what you could eat. Breakfast needs to be clearly marked

The room had good size and it's in a good location for the city centre. The parking was not very easy, especially when arriving in the evening, as only a few roads around the house are free parking. Outside the house only permit holders can park. The area was quite and nice.

Besides the parking restrictions, I found the room fairly clean, apart from the bed sheets. We discovered hairs on the sheets and under the pillows, of course before we had used the bed! The positive side is that the owner was extremely responsive via text and polite and showed me immediately where the clean sheets were. However it was a not pleasant experience. Also, although it maybe my miss, I hadn't realised that the breakfast was a self service one. It was communicated to me in the message just before our arrival.

Good for one nights stay

Location is not to bad but parking is a bit difficult.
