ZAZAThe environment on its own, the sound of the lions at night 💕 it's also dog friendly and my favourite dog was Tazz, I miss him already 😘. Oh I also loved our bathroom It was something else real African bush feel 😀
Nothing everything was just amazing 🤩
ZALoved the dogs, walking the hiking trail with us. Sleeping outside the tent, made us feel super safe. Trails are easy to manage. Loved the sound of the nearby lions early in the morning. Very peaceful. Its my personal view, very rustic. So it depends on the experience you are looking for.
The heat was extreme, no fan in the tent, and no aircon in the chalet. My mom having a heart condition did not do well in the heat, as the heat was above 33degrees even at night. Also the swing being outside, it would be more hygienic to maybe remove all the bedding and supply a clean blanket inside the tent for use on the swing per stay.
ZAthe place exceeded my expectations, this is not just a BnB but a place to relax and unwind. the owner hospitality is out of this world, he is so friendly with his dogs and staff. this place is a home away from home. we went for a hiking with the dogs. We loved everything about our stay. going back soon

ZAPrecious was a gracious host & the dogs were so friendly & gentle.
I only felt like the facilities could have been better quality ie. The shower pressure was quite weak & the tent was not clean on presentation.

AEZAThe host was welcoming, even the three dogs Tazz Rave Dominic were our guards throughout the night.It was our first time sleeping in a tent believe me it was worth it. The tent was well prepared, electric blankets and oil heater in case we felt cold.Cherry on top we saw spring Boks on the other side of the fence (Lion Park) oh the birds in the morning it is really a home away from home
There’s no shelter for car parking that kept me awake on the first night coz it was windy and I was worried about the car
ZAIt was amazing getting out of the city for the weekend to enjoy the sounds of nature. We really enjoyed the sounds of the wild (the jackal made noise every now and then and the birdlife is rich) and made friends there. We enjoyed breakfasts together and just chilled. The swing bed is amazing. We watched the stars on the bed whilst listening to the sounds of the night! The owner and the dogs are also very friendly. You get attached to the dogs really quickly.

ZAWhat a memorable life experience. I had the most perfect stay. I chose the place because I needed to be out in nature, for some peace and time to reflect. The views were breathtaking, and I made sure I had my first cup of coffee on the terrace every morning. Coffee with a view😍 Found a favourite spot in the garden during one of my walks... it brought me back to myself and centered 🧘🏾♀️. The trio are just adorable and special in their own way. Raven is the calmest, Domino is just adorable and curious, and Tazz has my heart💞. Mr Derrick, what a wonderful host and genuine soul. He shared his wisdom, knowledge, and outlook in life so freely . Listened without judgment, and I'm fortunate our paths crossed and felt that it was meant to 💫. One of my take aways from our conversation was to practice gratitude, something I plan to apply on a daily. I can't wait to go back. For me, this place has played a huge part in my healing journey, and I'm grateful.
