The property was amazing, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location was perfect.

There was nothing we didn’t like. If I had to suggest anything it would be non slip mat for the bath while having a shower.

This very cosy flat has an excellent location- it’s very close to the centre- we could simply walk anywhere from there; with all amenities that are needed for a short stay, stylishly decorated. Wifi connection was also ok. Easy communication with the owners, they are very nice and helpful couple ❤️

Great location and great place. The bed is really comfy. The location is well connected to everything.

The washbasin in the washroom was a bit small. But the main problem was the hot water. The hot water wasn't working, when we complained to the host, she was very helpful and supportive but couldn't get it fixed. Since we were on vacation, we expected not to fix it ourselves. Overall, except the hot water, everything was good but the hot water problem was frustrating!

This spacious holiday home is beautifully decorated throughout, immaculately clean and the bed was really comfortable. Everything you need is there, cooker, washing machine and fridge It's a home from home holiday apartment. The lounge is very cosy and comfortable. The TV and heating system is very easy to use. The city attractions are all close by, along with so many places to eat, bars and a Cinema. I would recommend this holiday apartment to anyone who wants to explore Edinburgh. When I come back to Edinburgh I will want to stay here again.

If you are not able to climb stairs then this is not the place for you as there is no lift. There is nothing else I can say that I was not happy with.
