Great location, warm with heat pumps for winter days, new condition, quiet yet central, easy walk to Merivale mall and supermarket. Street parking, even when busy was able to find a park close by.

Location perfect and lovely and warm, cosy etc.

Some difficulty getting in as email delivered too late after we left from Kaikoura and we did not have emails on our cell phones.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in well kept condition. Beds were super comfortable and had all amenities a traveller requires
