The apartment was super new and had nice amenities. The location was also good.

We thought it was just going to be one apartment, but in the same one there are two private rooms. You could hear everything from the other room across the hall, the doors did not shut out any sound at all. We were unfortunate enough to have two rude guests staying in the other room at the same time. We could not sleep two nights in a row as they kept us up for 2-3 hours every night between 2-4 am. Totally do not recommend for light sleepers.
