Everything was great.

Flooring in bedrooms and living room.

Clean, spacious, ideal for large family get together! Great street and parking.

Nothing to dislike! Maybe needs a larger coffee table in the living room for family cards :)

The fridge! The communal space. The location was great. There was everything we needed for our family holiday.

The only issue we had was getting the correct temperature in the showers.

We loved the house. It was very spacious and comfortable - perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 children. Really good to have 3 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The children loved the smart fridge and bug hunting in the overgrown garden. Good and prompt communication from Natasha.

We chose the house partly because there was a bath as well as 2 showers as we had 2 young children with us who don’t like showers. Unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler which meant there was no hot water for the bath. It would have been good to know this in advance. We would also have appreciated some recommendations on where to eat. Although the children loved bug hunting in the garden, the rattan furniture was very tatty, some comfortable seating would be good.

Beautiful house, truly

Everything was dirty, the surfaces in the kitchen, the floors and skirting boards in the bedrooms (all very dusty), we had no hot water and we were travelling with special needs people who don't get the chance to go on holiday unless we take them. They need care in the morning and in the evening, and not having hot water in any of the taps, bath, bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, made everything very difficult for us. This was a huge disappointment. In the kitchen drawers some of the items had food stuck on them, the hobs were very dirty, we had to do a lot of cleaning before we could use the stuff. For us carers it was a working holiday, and the condition of the house made our work much harder. Half way through our week we had a huge leak that flooded the kitchen, I notified the owners who immediately arranged for a plumber to call, which we appreciated, but the problem couldn't be fixed and it will be after we vacate the house.

The house and bedrooms was what we were looking for a weekend break. Liked the fact that there was a bathroom on each floor to prevent queues in the morning!

The outside space would benefit from a tidy-up to make the most of the seating area for when the weather improves.

Residential street but not too noisy,

Great location - 20 minute walk to the seafront. A really comfy house, clean and lots of towels/linen provided. Nice welcome pack. Each bedroom was bright and comfy (mattresses cosy soft). Warm home and radiators could be individually controlled.

Nothing

Great location, 6 min walk down to the sea front and a 20min walk to the marina. Quirky cafes and pubs within walking distance. Really well appointed house for our 11 person family get together. Enough beds, seats, towels, cutlery and spaces around the dining table which was great. No eating in shifts!

If I was nit picking the bed was too soft but that’s the only thing that spring to mind.
