"Double booked"

We arrived at the property to find someone else in the flat. It had been double booked. We contacted the owner, who said he did not know what had happened and that this had been double booked, as it had not come up on his system. He said he would have booking.com return my money. I called booking.com. they were very difficult to deal with. I'm now waiting for my money. Let's see if I get anything back. I will not book through this website again.
