Great location, beautiful place, calm, relaxing, peaceful. Super-fresh and refurbished.

Great location on a canal near the harbor. Many good restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate neighborhood, 15 minutes walk from the city's central market - amazing variety of seafood - and outdoor produce market.

WiFi is weak. Kitchen could be better stocked with more plates, glasses, utensils. A few more pieces of furniture in the living room area would add a lot to this property.

Apt was beautiful & was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better. . Ruth & Susanna were the perfect hosts. Their response to any concerns or needs was immediate. We stayed for 10 days & Ruth had our apt cleaned , with new sheets & towels half way through our stay. I would recommend apt & Livorno to anybody who visits Tuscany. None of the huge crowds you experience in most areas, yet a beautiful vibrant town with lots of wonderful restaurants

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, very clean, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, welcoming living room with open space kitchen and door to beautiful terrace with water view. The location is great in “Venice” neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Absolutely nothing to change. Maybe missing the toaster, but not very important.

Great location and really spacious and light apartment.

Would have been nice to be provided with a few coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Amazing water front property with a great sun porch! Just disking up the Livorno sun was perfect.

A little noise at night with the night life, but understandable due to staying during a holiday. People need to have fun!
