The property was neat and well equipped, and located in a nice residential area of Braunton. Access was straightforward and the instructions sent to us were easy to follow. The beds were comfortable and the living space was ample. On site parking made things very easy.

Unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise from downstairs, and being a converted property the sound insulation wasn't great. This meant I struggled to get to sleep till about 1 am, even with earplugs.

The property was clean, spacious and in a good location.

The walls between the apartment and the host's home below are very thin. Every word, creak, bang, bark and singing lesson could be heard very clearly.
