"New Year Stay"

Great location for the restaurants and bars nearby and also the shops for the girls. Very comfortable beds and we had everything we needed in the house. Perfect base for a New Year's Day at the races.

Nothing much to complain about, the stairs were quite steep (we took our 2 and a half year old) but not a major issue at all. Also the floorboards for the bedrooms were slightly creaky but that is to be expected in an older house. Again not a major issue at all.

"Exceptional"

It's a very cosy and luxurious townhouse. Loved the location. In less than 7 minutes walk you are at the shops. In 15 minutes you are at the brewery quarter. Host is amazing. Helps and gives you information.

A good easy walk to shopping centre. There is no parking in this heritage street but we booked a car space on a private driveway just two minutes away so it was easy to park. Owner quick to respond about heating enquiry when weather turned very chilly.

Great communication from the host. Thorough information provided on all areas - nothing left uncovered.

It didn't cause a major issue for us but property advertised as sleeps 5 with Futon advertised for 5th person. Slightly disappointed to find it was a mattress placed behind the sofa. Suggest to amend advert to sleeps 4 or swap sofa for a sofa bed.
