Modern 2BR Flat in Sale - Peaceful Stay in M33 - Great Transport Links

The flat was clean and had everything available that we needed.

The hob was damaged (but still working as far as I could tell). Not an issue for us as we weren't planning to cook whilst staying there but we were not advised in advance and were worried we may be blamed for the damage. I reported it to Booking.com but got no response. The shower was not great - very low pressure but no big problem, just meant showering took longer. The booking advised there was parking on site but when we arrived the drive was blocked by neighbours cars. There was however space on the street so no problem. It also stated there were no parking restrictions, but all the cars had resident parking permits, presumably due to the school on the same road. Not an issue for us as staying in half term / weekend but may impact others staying there in term time.

Great location, property was clean and tidy and has everything you need for a great stay, property is easy to access via a message from the property manager. the neighbours were polite. I was worried about issues with parking, but the road is traffic managed by the local school during school pick up and drop off which is great.

Clean and tidy apartment, heating and all facilities were on point. Check in was so easy and smooth. Place was easy to find. No bothering neighbours. Definitely will recommend staying in this apartment for whoever is looking to stay near the Trafford area.

It would be nice to have an extra duvet/ linen for an extra people sleeping in the living area.

The host were very approachable and friendly, the flat is amazing and clean, would definitely recommend it

Well planned property. Modern kitchen appliances and washing machine. Good location with lots of facilities in walking distance

Hot water is a bit hit and miss
