Sea Residences near Mall of Asia by K-baysuites

Very disappointed. We booked a unit na may balcony pero kinancel nila the day mismo na andun na kame s place tas nilipat kame sa ibang unit. 3 kame na nagstay pero 1 lang ung blanket na pnrovide nila then 2 towel. Then ang sabi meron 1 sofa bed s living room para sana sa 1 kasama namin pero wala nmn. Ending siksikan kame 3 sa kama with 1 blanket. Tried calling the caretaker and owner pero di nagrerespond. Di din sila responsive sa mga message even before nung staycation namin. Wala din microwave which is nung nagbook ako sabi meron.

Clean AND ACCESSIBLE

The location was near the Mall of Asia Arena in which I attended the Laufey concert last May, it was pretty convenient to get to as it was a walkable distance to my intended location, although other modes of transportation are always available at your fingertips.

I surmise it into just a probability during my stay, but the bedroom light was not working, I had to utilize the living room's lights for illumination during my stay. I only noticed it when I was about to sleep. Hope they have fixed it as soon.

The host is not responsive to my calls. We waited for her to respond to my calls because the receptionist is looking for Guest Authorization signed by the agent. We just cancel our booking with Ruffa Condotel and book for another room. Luckily the new agent reaponded on my first call and endorsed me to his assistant, who assisted us until we settled in their room.
