there's a balcony and the couch was comfortable

1) no water heater in both washrooms 2) washing machine spoiled. Host offered to change rooms, but she said the washing machine is also spoilt 3) The light at the balcony is spoilt 4) the bidet is leaking 5) the bathtub is dirty 6) the key card they give his spoiled and we couldn't enter and exit the car park for the whole 3 day stay

Nice location, the apartment was clean and with all the facilities we need.

Sat Nav brought us from another side and quite difficult to find out how to get to the entrance of the building. Asked several people and they told us wrong way. Got the right direction from a staff of 7-11 eventually.

Check-in and check out were easy and hassle-free. The host provided clear check-in and check-out instructions through the booking app. The suite is so nice, just like what is shown in the pictures. Both bedrooms were equipped with efficient air conditioning, and the beds were comfortable. Hot water was readily available in both bathrooms, and the water pressure for showering was satisfactory.

The sound of cars passing on the road (maybe on highway or petrol station) was noticeable in the bedroom but didn't disrupt our sleep, even my 2-year-old child during our recent stay.

I must thank the host for the prompt and ready answers to all my queries. The host also made sure that things in the unit are operationally ready prior to my arrival. Checking in was a breeze as the self check-in instructions were clear and concise. About the unit, my family love the spacious and well equipped unit. Branded fridge, microwave oven and washing machine. There are numerous eateries and convenience stores within five minutes strolling distance. Located right beside the main road leading to Genting Highlands peak but can hardly hear any traffic noise. From the balcony you could see Genting Highlands peak when the clouds are not covering it.

Certain design flaw like the bath glass door hitting onto the rain shower head when you open the door.

well equipped with the basic requirements: washing machine, kitchen utensils, water dispenser, etc

near to a petrol station, can't really sleep at night due to noise from the vehicles, especially the motorbikes

The unit was very nice and in good condition.

The pool was not equipped with heater ..so..for kids and old people they can't utilized the facility.
