The staff, food and facilities are lovely. Some staff need a special mention. Emir at Guest Services goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just as you want / expect. He is helpful and very friendly. Ergin at breakfast was also just a gem, he is helpful, efficient and very friendly. The beach area was just fantastic.

The main disappointment was that the hotel gave us he wrong room when we checked in. We requested and PAID for a Superior Room which showed a bigger room with sitting area and couch but when we checked in, they allocated a much smaller room. They only moved us to the room we paid for after we pointed it out to Reception staff. This is unacceptable. You should get the room you choose and pay for. It was sorted very quickly but still was a very unpleasant experience.

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, abbiamo dovuto chiamare diversi giorni affinché pulissero correttamente. Inoltre, non rifacevano bene il letto e lasciavano il piumone sulla sedia. Quando si entrava nella stanza, non si sentiva un odore di pulito e ordine. Mancano quei piccoli dettagli che caratterizzano un hotel a 5 stelle. Abbiamo avuto anche un problema al momento del check-in.

Персонал турки каждый день косячили, на пляже примут заказ и забудут, принесут без приборов и ждешь. Один даже кричал на меня когда я его попросил открыть зонт)) надо работать с персоналом турками на пляже. Баги отличный персонал, на ресепшн тоже, но вот на пляже плохой

I like everything, most of all the staff, really nice staff, always smiling and cooperative, special thanks to boss MrAmir, Tuncay from the restaurant, Khaled from transportation and the reception team ...the list is endless. View of the room is unbeatable, food quality is amazing, location is very good

Nothing at all

The room service staff and water activity staff are very helpful. They made us pay 250euro per night for our 7 years old child. Make sure to take pictures of mini bar cause at check out they will ask you to pay for drinks that you didn’t consume.

The room Air conditioning was turning to heating automatically. The staff helped us changed our room to a lower grade cause no room available but with no refund for price difference. Don’t book through booking because you will loose the full amount if you cancel or change dates. You will not be able to amend or make any changes in room type or dates, and the hotel will not accept changes. They made us pay 250euro per night for our 7 years old child.

The villa we had was very well designed and attractive. Really enjoyed the authentic Turkish breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed swimming to the pontoons and the swimming lane.
