De ruimte, de afwerking van het appartement. De 2 badkamers en nog een extra toilet! Dit was maar voor 1 nacht maar zou hier mijn volledige vakantie kunnen doorbrengen.

Excellent apartment. Very clean and beds were very confotable.. Location is very close to center. I will definitely come again. Thank you to all for your support which made our stay very confotable.

There was hidden cost from Booking.com of Europe 36 which I had to pay at the property. As for apartment there was no anything I didn't like.

The design is nice and minimalistic. Overall, the apartments feels quite newly renovated, and I liked the bathroom. The building and the street are very safe, there is plenty of space to park your car on the street.

It was poorly cleaned, especially the kitchen. The tableware was terribly dirty, with pieces of food on the dishes, cloth streaks on the glasses, and grease stains on cutlery. It seemed that everything was poorly washed in a rush. The communication with the cleaners was extremely off-putting. When we informed the host about the cleanliness issues, they have sent the maids to re-clean the dishes. The maids behaved rudely and made sure to show me that they think I am being nitpicky as the apartment was already "clean enough". They wiped part of the dishes briefly using a dry wipe. When I pointed out that the issues are still there, the cleaning lady rolled her eyes and began wiping the plates irritably and demonstratively, using the same cloth she had previously used to wipe the surface of the range hood. Then they started to insult me indirectly in Arabic. I just gave up. I genuinely believe that the cleaners were extremely unprofessional. I wish next time the tableware is washed by a dishwasher, and the tables and surfaces are cleaned using the two-phase wet-to-dry method. Upon arrival, when we noticed that the bed linen and towels were missing. It took them 4 hours to provide those, and we had to make one of our beds ourselves. In the chat, I was promised that an employee will be there to meet us. I informed about our arrival time in advance; however, nobody was waiting for us, and I've spent 10 minutes to figure out that we had to sign an agreement online and only then enter the property. We were also informed about the parking available, but never received instructions on how to access it. They should inform their customers in advance instead of making them wait by the door. The kitchen smelled badly, as if rodents were there. The rest of the apartments smelled pleasant though. Finally, at some point, the water disappeared due to a pipe burst, but it was fixed in two hours.

We liked the luxury of the apartment.

There were no amenities, no extra towels, no extra blankets, no tea, no coffee, no scissors. It was missing so much.
