Great location and low price for Oxford. Landlord was responsive

Garden Terrace had overgrown grass, weeds, cobwebs and hazardous organic waste of bathroom/toilet rubbish ( Landlord dealt with this on complaint). Dirty and run down. Bed mattress was inferior, cheap foam and also dangerous, as could rollout and fall. Ground floor and very noisy from upper rooms and the wooden stairs and floors.

The location was close to where we wanted to be. The room was clean and presentable. The mattress, for our liking, a little too soft, but this is a personal view. There was the usual kettle and tea/coffee facilities but also a microwave and mini fridge.

The rear garden could do with a bit of attention.

Location was really good and getting access was easy. Wifi worked well.

Room very clean but my wife hated the smell of the chemicals used to clean the ensuite!

The property was kept very clean with clean towels and tea, coffee, biscuits etc. and a fridge which we used.

The little back garden was very run down and there was a used toilet brush left on the patio!
