Osney Hazel Studio - Self Contained Studio Flat

Good property, responsive hosts, parking provided

Boiler and stairs were quite loud

Basic but perfectly adequate, clean, good for walking into city, parking

Mattress too soft, some of the finishes and decoration are rushed and cheap looking

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Always very quick to get back to us. We asked if they had a fan available and within a few hours they had provided us with one. Were flexible with leaving our baggage to. Highly recommend!

Good location, close to the train station. Sufficient for one person's 3 nights stay. Enough storage, a microwave, a kettle and a small fridge. Clean, easy to check in and out.

The bed was way too soft. It was just not comfortable for me. If there is something to improve it would be the soundproofing - the property has about 5 studios meaning it can get busy with people coming in and leaving. I was based downstairs and I felt I could hear every single step in the studios above. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

The price and location are great. Off street parking was available when I needed it and though it was a modest place to stay, it met all of my requirements and was definitely a good value for the money.

Some of the communications between the property owner and I were a little slow but no problems arose because of that. The only real distraction from this property for me is that it's next door to what appears to be a mechanic and (on a weekday) they did start loud working fairly early. But again, with the low cost and great location factored in, it was a minor annoyance.
