I liked my Room

I booked this condo based on the reviews, and I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Panama City Beach. From the moment we arrived, it was constant chaos. Police were everywhere every night, the beach closed at 10 PM, and there was a curfew in place. Groups of kids were running wild—yelling, throwing things off balconies, and even jumping from them. At one point this went on for over an hour. It was loud, stressful, and felt completely out of control. The elevators were a nightmare. Either one was broken, completely packed, or people were cutting in line. I was even questioned by another guest about why I was using the elevator from the 2nd floor… like guests were somehow in charge of who could ride. It was ridiculous. I was told this area is considered the “bad” part of PCB and that I should have stayed on the other side if I wanted to actually enjoy my trip. I’ve been to PCB before and never experienced anything like this. The property itself was not well-maintained. Hallway lights were out, trash was overflowing, and there was garbage in the stairwells. I even found a joint in the kiddie pool area, which says a lot about the environment. The security setup didn’t make sense either—you needed a bracelet for stair access but not for the elevators. Parking was also inconvenient. The south garage doesn’t connect directly to the condo, so if you park there, try to get a first-floor spot. The north garage at least has access. The only positive was the room itself—it was nice when it was quiet, which unfortunately wasn’t often. I came here to grieve, relax, and spend quality time with my kids, and instead we felt uncomfortable the entire time and stayed in our room more than anything. For the amount of money spent, this was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again.

The WiFi was terrible, tv didn’t have Netflix like promised and there was cockroaches in the stairwells and public bathrooms

The restaurant were amazing and the view was great. And I loved the fountain show they put on every night.

The elevators weren’t always working.

Convenient to beach. Pool area nice.

Condo was OK. Was not as nice as last unit we stayed in there. Bare bones. No bath mats, very little utensils, cookware, etc. LAKETOWN WHARF DERPERATELY NEEDS LUGGAGE CARTS!!!!!!
