MASéjour très décevant. Réservation confirmée pour 4 personnes, mais à notre arrivée le soir, l’appartement n’était pas disponible. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la rue sans solution. Le propriétaire (à distance) et la personne en charge sur place ne répondaient pas au début à nos appels, ce qui a rendu la situation très stressante. On m’a ensuite demandé d’annuler alors que la réservation était non remboursable, ce que j’ai refusé. Après plusieurs échanges insistants, j’ai finalement obtenu un remboursement intégral. Je recommande fortement de vérifier la disponibilité réelle avec le propriétaire avant votre arrivée
