The location is great, quiet street, parking couldn’t be easier.

The bed isn’t strong enough for a bigger person- the slats kept on falling out and the WiFi was none existent in the flat which in turn made the tv not work

Great location

We were charged a deposit of 200 pounds unexpectedly to get the codes to the doors. We have not received the bond back. The oven worked but had no racks. No microwave, no saucepan. Bed clean but pillows and mattress smelt musty TV worked but would not connect to channels no aerial.

main entrance door had a code as did the flat door. so it was easy to get in without hassle

the flat was a bit cold and the instructions to use the boiler were not clear, however we eventually we figured it out. We tied to contact the host but they didn't reply. Also the wi-fi was very patchy and slow within the flat and would not always connect in the evenings.

Lovely well equipped flat with everything I needed for a week’s stay whilst working In the area.

Sticky dirty wooden flooring, bad WiFi connection, fridge not working properly. Bathroom extractor fan wouldn’t turn off automatically after having a shower. Some of the light bulbs had blown.

The landlord has a good communication. Everything is fine here and will continue to make reservations.
