"Just an Instagrammable apartment, not comfortable for staying"

Great location Stylish design, looks very “Instagrammable” Nice view Free parking

Condition of the apartment: • Looks much worse in reality than in pictures • Signs of heavy use and parties: scratched walls, broken shelves, cracked mirror, and other visible damage Cleanliness: • Dust on furniture, spider webs, overall poor cleaning • White socks turned gray after walking inside Comfort & facilities: • Feels like no one actually lives here, just staged for photos • Missing basics: no towel hooks, no dishwasher, poor ventilation • Bedroom has no windows or air conditioning • Living room has no window blinds Sleeping arrangements: • Description mentions two sleeping options (bedroom + sofa) • No bed linen provided for the sofa ⸻ Our conclusion Design: (10/10) Comfort: (3/10) Cleanliness: (2/10) Price vs. Quality: (2/10)
