Stunning holiday home @ UKs Award Winning Beach

The caravan was very clean and modern. There were lots of nice touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Coffee, tea, sauces, washing up liquid, dishcloths tea towels etc

The club house was very close to the caravan and very noisy with karaoke until 12.30am. I think I should have been made aware up front that the cost of having the beds made up was extra, £10 for the double and £5 for each single.

Place we stayed in tv wasnt working very well, fridge freezer was dirty and rusty could do with a new one, cooker was all rusty. Lights in the kitchen doesnt work, none of the lamps work, bed are not comfy and tiny. As for the heating as still gets cold at night kept going off. For the price of the place wasnt worth the money. I will not be returning.needs alot of work to the place

Good location Spacious caravan Very clean

We had a problem with the boiler which kept tripping out and so we had no heating and hot water when we arrived However I cannot fault the owner Beverley she did a 2 hr drive to come and sort it on the Friday night to find someone had tampered with the gas bottle and so she had to get a new bottle and so Friday then was ok However unfortunately it tripped again on the Saturday night and we were going home Sunday But we would stay again as the caravan was lovely and what happened was no fault of the owners

I loved the location. 5 mins walk from the unspoilt beach and nature reserve. 10 mins walk to town and a convenience shop even closer. The property was well-appointed and comfortable. I was able to park right outside. I would book again.

Communications were difficult. I had to phone Booking.com (27 min call) and instead of getting in at 15:00 it was closer to 16:30 and I was very stressed by then. I had to pay to park up in a nearby carpark with all the shopping I had bought including fridge goods. Once established, comms were very friendly and helpful. The property was overall clean but the cups had stains, the dining table was dusty and I couldn’t find a toaster.

Lovely tidy place at a good price host was very helpful will stay there again.

Location, had everything we needed.

Bit dated need some repairs eg, chairs need replacement or maintenance, cupboard door left on the floor after a repair.
