Tailored Stays - Central Cambridge, Lacon House

This was our fourth stay at this place, and we keep coming back for a reason. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the communication with the staff was excellent. We really appreciate the modern amenities and the great location – it’s just a short walk to the city center. If you're traveling by car, with a bit of luck, you can find free parking nearby, which is a big plus. The welcome package is also a nice touch and much appreciated.

That said, the apartment could use some improvements. A coat rack near the entrance would be very helpful. The space is starting to show signs of wear – there are stains on the walls and the sofa, and the apartment overall could use some refreshing. Also, there were too few dishwasher tablets provided for a longer stay. Despite these minor issues, we’re still happy to return and look forward to our next visit.

Very modern and comfortable in walking distance from many restaurants and pubs, and centre of Cambridge.
