Lovely peaceful 4 nights away staying at Hay Barn, Penrheol Farm. Property actually looks much better in person. My husband and I, plus our dog, really enjoyed it. And look forward to our next stay here.

The presentation of the property was outstanding; exceptionally clean, characterful and well-equipped with comfortable furniture. Contrary to the comments of a previous reviewer it was plenty warm enough, particularly when enjoying the log burner, which kicked out an insane amount of heat

Although dog friendly in every other aspect, the property is exclusively accessed via a set of metal stairs. These are totally unsuitable for dogs and resulted in our dogs each having to be carried up them.

The barn was stunning. Excellently equipped, did not need anything else. Location for town was perfect, 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk. The views over the hills were amazing, having our own private garden was great too. Simply perfect. We will be returning with the whole family next time.
