"Beautifully presented first floor apartment"

This first floor apartment was beautiful, quirky and very clean. It is cleary a new build with the ground floor apartment still under construction (July 2024). The apartment is allocated a parking space within the confines of the building, which in a city is very rare. It takes about 10 minutes to walk into the town centre so very convenient to all amenities. From the car park on the approach to the communal door is what could be a lovely courtyard with a table and chairs. Apart from a few minor things (mentioned in the section below) we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

As previously mentioned, the kerb appeal on the approach to the apartment could have been better. If weeds were removed and a table and chairs supplied in the small courtyard, it could have been a lovely place for morning coffee or to relax at in the evening. I would advise the owner to have a mattress protector on the bed to prevent germs and bacteria multiplying with each visitor. It would prevent the mattress from becoming stained and unhealthy. I would also advise the owner to have a small foldaway stool made available for the kitchen. All units containing plates, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, etc are in the cupboards above the worktops. This made it impossible for me to reach without standing on a chair (I'm only 5' tall), or perhaps a free standing unit behind the kitchen door to house these items would be more preferable than a stool. Besides these few minor points I would definitely book again.

"I couldn't have asked for better."

The apartment was beautiful. We were very comfortable in this centre of town position. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and very spacious. It was quiet as set back from roads. Secure parking was ideal. I would definitely return and would highly recommend.

I liked everything.
