Excellent communication from friendly staff, very clean and modern apartment, lots of living space, did not have to hold on to a physical key, felt safe and comfortable, washer and dryer

"This was definitely a fanatic find in the heart of Miramar! Will come back!!"

The apartment is very nice, a lot of natural light and the space is very welcoming. The decoration was minimal but very nice. Loved the rooftop terrace.

If anything, is that the sofa-bed was not very comfortable, and that we did have to climb up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. Didn’t mind the steps!

"Clean and Spacious, Very Comfortable"

This is a very spacious and clean apartment. It is quite and feels very private. We only noticed 1 group of people that got a little noisy after midnight on one night. Otherwise, quiet at all other times. You also feel safe due to the gating that prevents others from coming onto the property. There are several places to eat within a short walking distance, as well as a super market.

Would be nice to have a little more space on the patio and maybe an option to grill out.
