Convenient location near bus and metro stops Easy access to the building

- The room was listed as having windows, but in practice it didn’t, which was disappointing - I experienced an issue with the power outlet; my phone appeared to be charging but wasn’t reliably charging - Because of this, my phone battery ran out during the night and my alarm didn’t go off - The lack of natural light, combined with the phone issue, meant I had no backup way to wake up, which caused me to wake up late and almost miss an important trip - Overall, I didn’t rest well and the experience was stressful
