Exceptional 3 Bed, Great Location in Ashby Ideal for Travellers, Short Holiday Stays And Contractors

Very spacious and a large drive for sound parking. Co-op just up the road. Great house and very comfortable.

Nothing to not like.

The house was great for what we needed, and a great garden for the dog to explore. We also had the park nearby to head out for a walk in the morning. I really appreciated the provisions left i.e. teabags, milk, tea towels, washing up liquid so we didn't have to buy them.

The house smelt like a smoker used to live there, which left a bit of an odour throughout.

Went to use microwave was dirty ! Went to use shower hairs in bath & shower mat was wet before use ! Didn’t like the location Hen do causing an absolute riot outside house playing chicken in the road & loud music from a neighbour until early hours . Downstairs sink was dirty on arrival

Key box very low and difficult at night to access. would like key box to be higher.
