It was dirty, beds very uncomfortable, there was wasp all over the pool and they’re trying to charge me $96 for a cheap little stool, that was already broken.

ITUSThis is a great property away from the noise of the strip. We used Lyft XL to get where we wanted to go and our average price to Fremont and some strip properties were between $20-$30. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us as well as a large kitchen for cooking and sitting together for meals, thus saving us some money not having to eat out. The price was great, and the backyard was nice for hanging out. The beds were soft and comfortable. There is only one TV, but we were able to watch the Super Bowl and relax. All in all a good stay and I would come back provided the issues I didn't like are fixed.
The bathrooms, especially the one downstairs, were not clean at all. There was hair and dust on the floor and the stairs. There was a leak under the sink that someone had just put towels to keep it under control but water still kept getting onto the floor. In the kitchen the fridge and freezer were not clean. We moved the sofa in the TV area over a little and there was food under there on the floor. The lack of hot water is really an issue. Even if you are the first person to shower, you are getting lukewarm water at best. The beautiful shower in the main bedroom was not even enjoyed because it was so cold. If we are paying a cleaning fee with each reservation, the expectation is that the house is actually cleaned well between uses.
SGproperty looked exactly like the photographs. Spacious 5 queen beds with 3 baths, dishwasher and washing machine functioned well.. Nice flatware and mugs
the carpets were very dirty with hairballs and thick with dust The sofas, the kitchen cabinets and the fridge were dirty had to be cleaned by us before we could use them. the handsoap provided had a very high acid level that i burnt my hands when i used it so we had to go out and buy hand soap
