Location is nice, near the coliseum. So after we watched The Corrs, we can easily have some rest.

The neighbors are so loud. Not sure if they are the residents or renters as well like us.

"We will book this place again on our next Cubao vacay."

We attended a concert in Smart Araneta Coliseum - it is walkable. Malls and restaurants are nearby too. The room is clean and they also have Netflix, Disney+, Youtube etc. The caretaker was also very nice and accommodating.
