ESMuy cómodo y todo muy nuevo
FRLogement très sympa avec une bonne rentabilité de l’espace (canapé lit, lit 2 places, cuisine très belle et bien équipée, salle de bain spacieuse avec un dressing par exemple). Bonne luminosité malgré des fenêtres opaques. Présence d’une télévision !
Le seul bémol que nous pouvons citer serait la localisation de l’appartement, quoique nous rejoignons le centre en une quinzaine de minutes ! Fenêtres qui donnent directement sur la rue.
ESEl sitio era divino para 3 personas. Muy limpio, moderno y bonito. Caminando al centro de Valencia 20 minutos, un paseito. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes pues no se había ocupado el día anterior y sin ningún cargo. Cestita para el desayuno como detalle.

USThe Netflix and prime video. Proximity to El Carmen. The air conditioning. Lots of cleaning supplies.
The Mildew smell from the bathroom shower. It hits you as you open the front door. The noise from the building and from the outside. There was a mechanical clanking noise that sounded out like clockwork all night. The water draining down. There was a bench outside where people continuesly stopped and chatted. There was no iron.
UABeautiful, spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need. The owner was always in touch and quickly provided all the necessary information upon request.

PTClean, cozy, everything you need in an apartment. It's very well renovated and the location is good.
It seems that it was previously a store. The store front is the only source of natural light and since it's on the ground floor is not very inviting to open. Noise isolation is also not quite good and you can hear lot's of noises on the neighbourhood through the night.
UAThe apartment was clean and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also great - 15-20 min walk to the attractions.
The apartment is on the first floor, very noisy from the street, sometimes it felt like everything was happening in the apartment. However, it was not too critical. And a dishwasher was a bit lacking.

Felt strange with the glass wall directly on to the street, but I got used to it and it was perfectly fine at the end

INThe apartment is located on the ground floor. The check in is totally online. Precise instructions. The room is very very spacious, clean cut and kitchen washer all included. There is a storage closet as well as the bathroom is huge and very comfortable. There is a coffee machine as well . It was a very comfortable stay for us.
