Luxurious Central 4BEDRM 3BATHRM Residence w/ Balcony

The apartment was great for the sixth of us,it had plenty of space, it was big and it was such a warm apartment. The location was really good. The bus station was only two minutes away. The fact that the house had 2 bathrooms besides the ensuite one was a bonus. The neighbourhood was safe for us to walk at night and if we needed anything the 24h market was only 4-5 minutes away. The check-in process was so easy for us and the fact that we arrived at 1 am for it was not a problem at all.

The cleanliness could have been better. We would like for the towels to be cleaner and also the house in some parts of it but we believe that it is something that can be fixed.

The Location is the plus, historical building with the elevator, the apartments is very posh, high ceiling, balcony, 4 rooms with one ensuite, the 2 additional bathrooms can leave the guests with plenty of choice. the deco is really good and the functionality of the dining really surprised us. I will definitely recommend to consider this place for a short vacation in Budapest

The wi-fi was very slow, the cutlery and kitchenware should be a little bit more like a dishcloth for the drying and a better maintenance can definitely improve the experience

The pillows and bed linen provided were more decorative than for sleeping so they weren't the comfiest. The soap wasn't great and only 1 big towel and 1 small towel per person were provided. 1 more per person would have been helpful since we stayed for 4 nights.

The property is in the center, can walk to all major attractions. The accommodation was spatious and had everything we needed. We informed Bryan, the host, about the issues we encountered and he mentioned they will be fixed.

Unfortunately, the property did not meet basic cleanliness standards. There was very thick dust near the nightstands in all the bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms had visible finger marks on the furniture. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned and you could see in one of them clear marks where other people used to push the door with their feet or hands. The chairs in the living room have bread crumbs near the back of the seat and clearly were not properly clenead. There was hair on the living room floor. Additionally, both rooms with a balcony are quite cold during the night due to a very noticeable draft coming from the balcony doors, which do not seal properly when closed. We could not have a good night rest. Unfortunately all these things made our stay less enjoyable. The property didn't align with the listing.
