Coordinator Ramachandran was good.. Location also good Maine point market hardly near by 1-2 km... Room neat and clean no dust.. Even kitchen toilet also neat and clean I will 5 out 5 star.....

Absolutely nothing.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my stay at Joy Cottages Karjat on the weekend of 11/4/26. A critical issue — repeated AC failure/power fluctuations — was never disclosed to us prior to booking. In the peak of April heat, this is essential information. It is completely unacceptable that such a major issue was not communicated in advance. Had we known, we would not have booked this property. When questioned, the caretaker claimed electricity goes but we have a generator, BUT the AC won't come back on immediately, then continues to say this “rarely happens,” which was clearly misleading. In reality, the AC stopped working twice on the day one — once in the afternoon and again at night. Also, why wasn't this communicated before taking the money or us coming there????? The most severe outage lasted from approximately 8:30 PM to 2:45 AM. The heat was unbearable, and we were completely unable to sleep through the night. Due to this, we were forced to check out early at 5:00 AM, which significantly disrupted our plans. Additionally, the owner’s behavior was highly unprofessional. Before receiving payment, he was responsive and helpful. However, once the payment was made, his attitude changed completely. When we raised concerns about the AC failure and also informed him that the pictures shown online were misleading and did not match the actual condition of the property, he ignored our messages entirely. We received no assistance, acknowledgment, or attempt to resolve the situation, and he has remained unresponsive since. The property does not match the photos shown online. The images are in fact what convinced us to book this place, as they made it appear well-maintained and comfortable. However, upon arrival, we were met with cracked walls and old, worn-out sofas, which were nowhere close to what was advertised. The bedroom also looked different and nowhere close to shown on their images.

They outsource food to some third party and there was a gap in communication.

The overall vibe of the cottage was cozy and homely. The place has all the everyday utensils spoons and basic facilities like wifi refrigerator,gas in good working condition. The restaurants are nearby in radius of 2 kms with delivery service available as well. The hosts and caretakers we're friendly and helpful. The place is recommended and good for a calm and relaxed staycation.

The serenity, greenery, so much peace, food options nearby, rooms are nice

Bathroom (struggled with the speed of water for sanitation purposes), The entrance gate at the main road should have a lit board, couch needs replacement, could have provided a better breakfast spread with more options

The rooms are really amazing, good ambience, really helpful staff. Manager Ramchandra has been exceptionally very supportive throughout the stay. Took care of every details during our stay. Went with family. Loved the food.

The location is bit too far. The view is pretty much blocked from chalets. Good for stay cation, relaxation. Very peaceful!!
