Apartamento Fórum-Ciencias con Parking & Piscina

L emplacement à proximité de nombreux commerces et un arret de bus direct pour le centre historique a quelques metres, les équipements de la résidence (piscine, salle de sport et terrain de paddle). Place de parking attitrée. Quartier calme et résidentiel. Appartement équipé avec le minimum nécessaire pour cuisiner. Il y a même un lave vaisselle. Il manquerait juste un petit four traditionnel en plus de micro onde.

Ce n'est est que un détail, la machine a laver était défectueuse. Elle ne lavait pas et n essorait pas. La.proprietaire est informée en espérant qu elle fera le nécessaire pour avoir un 10/10.

La ubicación era muy buena, con el autobús en 7 min. en pleno centro y supermercados justo enfrente. La urbanización está muy bien, la piscina nos dió un plus con los niños perfecto, además de tener un buen gimnasio. El apartamento tiene lo necesario. La cama y el sofá cama eran cómodos. Repetiría sin duda.

Excellent apartment in a modern building with extra amenities. Parking space is in the garage, simple entry and exit, wide enough space. A 5 to 7 minutes drive to city center if you have a car.

The apartment location is really perfect location. Everything is very closer what I expected. For instance, pharmacy store, restaurant, shopping mall, daily grocery store. Event access road. All thing is perfect. All is good location, excellent condition. The room condition is super clean, well-equipped, well-organized like cozy home.
