Sardinia Family Villas - Villa Nina with private pool

The location is excellent, very very quiet area, peaceful and clean air, 10 min away from shops and good beaches, 30 min from Olbia airport. The property was very clean and host kind and reliable!

We travelled as a group of 6 adults, and probably were the first visitors of the property after a long winter break. Our expectations were a little too high I think, however some positive points that we found of big importance were: friendly hosts, cool 'welcome pack' on arrival, easy check-in and nice location, including private garden. The facilities outside the house and at the pool were in good shape and pleasing. The interior of villa was a fancy try of combining wood and stone, indeed.

Honestly, our first impression of property (inside house) was a little bit disappointing... Cold, humid premises with that smell of old wooden furniture - a kind of Flintstones cave for us :) After checking some things out and engaging of A/C it went better every day of our stay! Key points that were on the down side: spartan kitchen, pretty old pots, pan, dishes and cups, some beds really need new mattress, wooden doors and bathroom windows need some renovation - hard to open/close, and the warm water system should be upgraded by occasion too, else it's a waste of water in the evening hours.
