Extremely disappointing stay. The ceiling leaked, there was no hot water, and the staff responded passively when we reported the issues. When we asked questions, they only kept asking for positive reviews instead of offering help.

The beds were springy and squeaky but the location and apartment itself is great

Bed was uncomfortable felt springs in my back. Other than that l loved it and loved the privacy and space and the decor was 10-10 perfect x

Did not appreciate how many steps to climb before reaching the flat. Parking was expensive

Apartment is split into two levels. The location was great and the house was comfortable and spacious for 3 people. There are 2 bedrooms and each bedroom had an ensuite. The house was clean and close to all amenities and attractions. Note: Might not suit tall people as the ceiling space on the top floor only of the Apartment is low in some areas due to the roof as seen in photos. But we didn't have issues and it was fine for us.
