Hallandale Beach Partial Ocean View Apartments

The view was stunning, and the proximity to the beach with access to the pool and showers was amazing. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

The local facility staff (for parking and pool access) was very inefficient and stressed easily during routine tasks. There was always a long line at checkout time and check in time to complete very mundane tasks, like providing a yellow paper that was provided by the valet setvice. Even though the yellow paper doesn't state that you should keep it or bring it for check in or check out purposes. So plan accordingly, check in and check out will take time and patience and you may need to jump back to the car for extra documents and get in line again with other frustrated visitors.

unit was dated-0”d bath tub and fixtures. plumbing issue, leaking bathroom sink, which took time away from vacation. grime in the bathroom floors.

very relaxing clean so easy to get to the pool and the beach very safe you have to wear a bracelet and a key pin to get into anywhere but it’s worth it because you know you’re safe here. There is a Walmart and a Publix to shop which are not far from the hotel. Life is easy here you don’t have to truck so far from the pool to the beach. It’s right there all together. I will come back here again definitely.

nothing, totally lacking the appropriate safety measures for Guests, not warm or welcoming, no sense of organization skills on how to Navigate Guests!

Unsatisfactory

Only thing I liked was it was right in front of the beach

I booked the Ocean view of course with extra charges. However, they assigned me on 3 floor and it didn't provide the ocean view at all. All I saw was ugly parking garage in front of me and a little bit of the sea was covered with trees. I asked them to change the unit to upper floor or refund but they ignored me. All they said was they cannot cut the trees. ridiculous! I don't usually pay more for the Ocean view but this time really wanted to see the wide open ocean when I wakes up for four morning but they destroyed my expectation. Also the apartment was really old and wasn't renovated. All the appliances are old and dirty. There were ants and flies.
