HUNice place, entrance is newly renovated digital lock with 4 separate bedrooms which is really rare find in Budapest. Its in the city center so everything is walking distance. Everything was great during our time, thanks for all for the kind host who respond for everything in no time.
DEIm gesamten und nicht renovierten Hausflur hat es fürchterlich gestunken, vermutlich der Geruch aus dem Abwasserkanal. Die Lüftungen in den Bädern funktionierten äußerst schlecht. Die Matratzen waren teilweise durchgelegen. Um 15 Uhr sollte die Wohnung spätesten bezugsfertig sein, bei uns klappte dies erst bis 15:30 Uhr. Als wir um 14 Uhr unser Gepäck in der Wohnung abstellten, war noch nichts gereinigt. Wie jedoch ein 1 bis 1,5 Stunden eine ordentliche Reinigung von 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einer Wohnküche durchgeführt werden soll, war für uns nicht so richtig nachvollziehbar.

ZAThe linen is very poor quality, as are the towels. The property inside was very dirty on arrival. It got cleaned, but was still not properly cleaned. Door handles, hairdryers, cupboards in bedrooms and kitchen. Back bathroom smells bad. Shower in one bedroom has a permanent leak from somewhere.
The filthy entrance way, the stink of the dustbins from the back alley, the dirty lift and stairs.

I wish they can provide cleaning supplies such as dish washing soap and disinfectant spray. There is no battery in TV remote control and there is no smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector in the apartment. Other than that , the apartment is comfortable .
