The only thing that I like about it was the location, and the view of the city.

The house I rented to the guest was not clean - it was very dirty. In addition, the house was full of insects, which caused an allergic reaction on the guest's skin. I had to pay to have it cleaned, but I couldn't get rid of the insects. The guest was affected and still stayed in the house because they had no other place to stay. They also had rashes on their skin, I took pictures to prove it.

Good sized apartment with plenty of room for family

Cleanliness is poor. The domestic waste was lying outside the bins for days with bees buzzing around and a bad smell inside the apartment as we were in ground floor. The back garden was very dirty and unkempt. The internet connection was very poor The quality of work is very poor. The door handle just came off the next day. The bathroom sink became loose and the owner deducted kept out £500 deposit for this

1) Bed bugs 2) Kitchen floor was sticky 3) Plates/ cups were not clean on arrival

Nothing !!! Total scam , total fraud. BE CAREFUL !!! Address does not exist. Neither does the phone number.

FRAUD.SCAM.FRAUD.SCAM. We booked this on booking.com and paid for 3 nights for a total of £305.20 , then they asked us for a ‘’deposit’’ for £500 via bank transfer , we were sent a link to pay this ‘’deposit’’ but google flagged the link as fraudulent and at risk of stealing info and credentials. We sent a message saying we weren’t comfortable they then ignored us and just sent a mere google form to acquire their deposit without even aiding our first request. The. We found out through looking at their reviews that the address does not even exist , then we realised the phone number doesn’t exist either. We then complained to booking.com and the people behind property had the audacity to reply to booking.com as if they are genuine. Furthermore , they are emailing me and messaging me through booking.com saying they’ll refund my ‘’deposit’’ which is very strange because I didn’t even pay it to begin with. Be careful everyone. Be careful everyone. Be careful everyone . BE CAREFUL EVERYONE !!!! I LOST MY MONEY AND DIDNT GET THE ACCOMADATION.
