Great location in venice it short walking distance

Cockroaches in the bed room and bath room, and there’s some damages like door hinges and ripped laminated cabinet. And very slow entirnet.

Building location and surrounding area is really nice.

Poor communication before arrival, hard to get a response until last minute. Room wasn't so clean, stove didn't heat properly as expected. Pullout sofa bed was broken and had wood with exposed rusted nails. Room was only chosen because it offered a third bed, this was incredibly disappointing. Decor is very outdated, needs modernising. Two lifts in building, one permanently out of service.

The unit is clean and spacious. The staff from the guards up to the host are accommodating. Thanks!

Almost everything. The staff was easy to communicate with even tho we did the self check in and check out, they are easy to contact for any problems

Just a minor problem with the restroom about the water that don't drain but im sure they will fix it. I will give 10 if not for that
