White River Selfcatering at Greenway woods House no 9

There was no aircon in one of the rooms, the fan wasnt working there as well. It wasnt clean. The washing machine was there but was locked and had no access to it.

There were no key or Instructions to get into the unit, only a number to phone and an email, which we could not do as we only had our phones. Not even the security guard could get hold of the owner. We phoned the number numerous times, with no answer, also whatsapp messages was sent....this carried on to midnight on the check-in day. We were forced to arrange alternative accommodation. VERY POOR service....the owner only got back to us the next day and came up with a 100 excuses....we should have emailed him, then we should have sent an sms etc etc....He also said that he sent us a pin, which he did not, no sms, email, whatsapp or message on Booking.com ....And yet no refund. We are quite disgusted. AND WE HAVE PROOF OF ALL CALLS AND MESSAGES, NOT JUST ONE CALL WAS MADE! Dishonest response from Owner!

Communication....No refund

The place was perfect. Everything from the rooms and access into the building made it worth while. A real gem for anyone wanting to visit White River.

In the future, if another pool can be constructed, that would be great.

My host didn't communicate in time I then had to wait at the reception. I ended up calling him then we managed to check in

The location is amazing, not too far from the shops but still remote and within nature. It is also at the foot of the Panorama route making it a perfect spot for sight seeing

There was no hand-soap in the bathroom. No clear communication in check in. Some standard coffee and tea to welcome guests would be nice

Very nice and relaxing armosfere. Safe and secure. Will highly recoomend this Holiday destination.

Everything is 100% to standard. Surely 10 out of 10 for this accomodation.
