Location was great, the accommodation was as expected, clean but tired and possibly can do with an upgrade in the near future. Great pool and lounging areas in the property and the best was the view of the ocean....

Asked for slightly earlier checkin but was refused. Was given a door code for the room but no where was it stated that we must check in at the reception desk. Lift wouldn't work as didn't have a lift access card so dragged the luggage up to the 5th floor and entered the property. Only later when we spoke to reception about a different mater they were surprised to say the least that we hadn't checked in with them. So it is suggested for the Owner to made it clear on the info sheet they send out.
