Luxury 2 bed Apartment in historic Royal William Yard

The apartment was beautifully decorated. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

The directions given to the apartment were poor, not easy to find. Rubbish was left in the kitchen under the sink and under the bed.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Apartment was very clean & homely with such attention to detail. The views from the sitting room & master bedroom were beautiful. The beds in the master & second bedroom were comfortable , very clean & cosy. The bathrooms were very clean & modern with a larger than normal bath & access to very hot water for a lovely bubble bath which has always seemed to be an issue when staying in past hotel accommodation. My 2 older children were very impressed, as was my husband & we would definitely return. The loation is superb with such a wide choice of places to eat right underneath the apartment. Very secure with entry through the main complex door only available with a key code or fob & areas in foyer were also exceptional. Very impressed with the close contact from the host & easy to understand instructions for accessing the key for check in chekc out. The little added extras such as complimentary tea/making supplies & biscuits, were greatly received after a long drive. Cannot recommend this apartment & host enough, if you book you will not be disappointment & we will definitely book again.

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable but wasn't a massive issue for us as only stayed 2 nights.

the cleanliness could be improved especially the shower was dirty , a lot of dirt in tiles and the kitchen lower cupboards could do with a thorough clean parts of walls / doors need a lick of paint to keep it looking like the pictures on booking .com site .

This apartment is stunning and we loved our stay. This is my 3rd stay in RWY and this is definitely the nicest place and would return. RWY is lovely too and its a great location for holidaying. Lots of good comms and instructions.

Restricted drop off parking (double yellows) to sort luggage, Made the mistake of leaving the car unattended in lashing rain and received a ticket in under 4m 30s! Big pay and display car park a short walk away.
