Villa Palma-Hollywood Beach-Private Pool & Beachwalk!

the place is nice, close to the beach and pool very clean. The host Jake was reachable each time i contacted him and he was very understanding and passionate about our situation

The Location was good, not far from the beach; barring the bridge needed to cross to access.

A/C stopped working 2nd day of stay; called host and was met with blame on leaving doors open, assured him that was not the case; doors were not left open, water was profusely leaking from utility closet. Was told that someone would come out next day, nobody showed. Wasn't until 3rd day in afternoon when A/C was finally repaired. The outside temp was in the mid 80s. Requested two day reimbursement; which he stated was fair; as of yet; requests are being ignored, and no reimbursement has been received. There is much more that I could say, but limited in space provided; my best advice is for the money you can find something way nicer and deal with host that keeps his word. -- EDIT- in response to hosts reply-- Extortion :) requesting two days refund for three days of no AC is extortion? There was absolutely no damage caused by any of our party, in none of our conversations prior to my review did you mention damage. Nor did I ever threaten, or would I ever, I was just asking for fair compensation. I have video of us entering the property and leaving the property, thank you for your response, now everyone will know the dishonest and untrustworthy host that you are. I intend to take you to court for a full reimbursement, and perhaps now slander. It is a matter of principle at this point.

Central and spacious very comfortable

Loved the pool. Very clean

Walk to the beach had to walk over busy bridge. Couldn’t sit outside at night was bitten very badly. Fridge needs to be replaced and ice machine didn’t work and smelled awful

The pool was amazing!

Nothing, everything was wonderful! A great stay!
