Seaview Luxury 2 Bedrooms Apt in Reserva del Higueron

The apartment was fantastic. It was so easy to get down to the railway station so we could travel to other places. We did have to get a taxi back up as we didn’t have a car but local taxis very reliable and cheap.

Very large apartment, everything according to the pictures. Easy self-checkin and out. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Beautiful garden. Well equipped apartment and more then you expect in the kitchen, felt like home. Washer and drier are a bonus aswell as the garage to store your car as it can get warm during the day. Beach and restaurants are on walking distance however the road is not flat, big climb to get back.

Small point of attention: beds can use a replacement since the wooden boxes are making a lot of noise every time you turn.

Es war über die Basics hinaus alles vorhanden. Man konnte jederzeit entspannt etwas zubereiten ohne alle Gewürze einkaufen zu müssen. Es gibt eine Nespresso Maschine und eine Dolce Gusto, was das Kaffeetrinker Herz höher schlagen lässt.

Superb location very modern apartment with all the amenities you need . Pool area is great after a long hot day out and about .

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Location is great, but we had rental car, so not sure about the public transport. The kitchen is large and well equipped (even over equipped). There is enourmous terrace with half-sea view. The place is quiet so you can really relax there. Very good parking place in garage. Nice pool, but no sunbeds.

The owner is helpful, but not visiting the place quite often (it seems), as there are many things broken in the kitchen, e.g. there are a lot of pans, but only one was suitable to use. One of blue bedroom window cover (outside) didn't come out, so the kids needed to sleep in light in the morning. The complaint was passed over, but excuse was, that this is Spain - nothing happens quickly. There was promised sunbeds, but we couldn't find them and no help from anyone. The keys, which should have been opening the place for the sunbeds was not included into the keyset. I recommend to check also how the cleaning is done. The place is really nice in general, but starting to get tired. The owner should visit the place in order to have the overview what is happening.

The Apartment is immaculately clean, has a large living area with all modern appliances.
